Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sparpit, a multiplayer mini-game app. By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sparpit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Sparpit. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Guest accounts are tied to your device — if you uninstall the app or lose the device before registering, guest progress cannot be recovered.

4. Fair play

Sparpit matches are meant to be won by playing, not by breaking things. You agree not to cheat, use automation or exploits, manipulate matchmaking or ratings, harass other players in chat, or impersonate others. We may moderate chat, reset ill-gotten progress, or suspend and terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Virtual items

Coins, XP, ratings, titles, cosmetics, and other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the app, and are not transferable. Cosmetics bought with coins are part of your account like any other progress. We may adjust game balance, rewards, pricing, and progression at any time.

6. Purchases and ads

Free play is supported by occasional ads and optional rewarded videos. Sparpit offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase processed by the App Store or Google Play; it is tied to your store account and can be restored on a new device via Settings → Restore purchases. Prices are shown in the store before you buy, and refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies. Removing ads disables interstitial ads but not the rewarded videos you can still choose to watch for coins.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you send in chat. By sending them you give us the limited right to store, display, and moderate them as needed to run the service. Do not share content that is unlawful, hateful, or invades the privacy of others.

8. Service availability

Sparpit is provided "as is". We work to keep it online and fun, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be added, or be removed. We are not liable for lost progress or downtime to the extent permitted by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your profile, match history, and progress are removed and cannot be restored. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that stay inactive for an extended period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sparpit evolves. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
